Weigh In Wednesday! {1}









So here it is folks!
My very first Weigh In Wednesday!
Let's jump right in, shall we?


Weight: 188 pounds.

Weight change from last week: Down 2 pounds!!!

How do you feel about that?: I feel great, considering while my Mom and Bestie were in town I indulged quite a bit! I am really buckling down now, I plan on losing some serious lbs before June.

How many workouts this week?: I worked out 4 times this week.

Workouts you loved this week?: THE WARRIOR DASH!!! I bet I burned some serious calories doing that :) Besides that my foot kept me from doing much. I spent an hour on the bike, and an hour in cycling class this week (it doesn't seem to hurt my foot like running does)

Healthy foods you loved this week?: Anything from the Life Cafe at Lifetime... jeez their food is soooo good. But at home? I was a big fan of some baked salmon!
