YAAAAAAYYYYY!!!! Can't you guys just see me jumping for joy!!!!?????? I finally lost some serious LBs this past week! Hooray for hard work and determination, (and waaaay less alcohol)
I'm posting a little Vlog about working out along with this so I will keep the wordage short so you can go watch my ridiculous ramblings on working out!

Days left until Warrior Dash: 10

Weight: 190

Something I did this week that made me proud: I ate 5 meals a day and up'd my workouts to two-a-days, working out once outside and once in the gym

What I need to work on next week: I need to stay on track with drinking less alcohol, I think it def helped me slim down.

What temptations did I avoid this week: I watched my friends down Nachos and beer while watching the Rangers, and I stuck to my water the whole time :)

What temptations didn't I avoid this week: I was at Starbucks ordering my usual Passion tea with no sugar vanilla sweetener and the cashier was all "Here try this free sample of our pumpkin bread..." And so I was all, "PUMPKIN BREAD!!!???? DAMN YOU SUPER NICE STARBUCKS LADY!!!"

Total Weight loss so far: 2/12 = 16% of my goal!

Enjoy!

  1. Way to go girl!!! Cutting out alcohol will make a huge difference. Isn't it amazing how empowering exercise can be? I used to never ever work out and now I'm totally addicted... I can't imagine it not being apart of my life :)

    1. It's a difficult subject at times, but I find being open and honest about it is the easiest way to bring light to the subject, and show other people who don't understand it, how hard it is and what heavier people go through!! Thanks for following me! You guys make my days so much better :)
