Back on Track

After my awe-inspiring post yesterday about getting where I want to this year with my weight loss, I decided to take a look back at the past few months of my journey to gain some inspiration. Take a look at this post... titled What Goes Up I am supposed to be doing this in 4 months...

I made a promise to myself to go SKYDIVING on

OH MY GOODNESS...

Saying you will do something when it's the next year... is different than realizing HOLY CRAP, it's 2012 and this date is 4 months away!!! I would have to lose roughly 10 pounds a month to meet my goal of weighing 160 and going sky diving. It IS doable! But I defintely need to get back on track with my exercise and dieting. The holidays threw me for a loop and this whole working two jobs thing... can you say E.X.H.A.U.S.T.E.D!!???

I feel like I have no time, energy, whatever for working out or cooking healthy meals.

I have got to do this. I WILL do this. Excuses aren't an option, PERIOD, Yes I am busy, BIG DEAL. I'll be busier when I start working out regularly, meaning EVERY-FREAKING-DAY.
