BUT
My best friend has my camera and needs to upload the pictures first, so I can give you a good idea of what the weekend looked like :)
So instead, for now, I am going to tell you all about what might be my new passion.
PHOTOGRAPHY.
Ok, so I know that everyone and their mom thinks they are somewhat of a photographer these days... but it's something I really have always had an interest in and have been thinking maybe, just maybe I have the vision needed to actually pull off being a professional photographer one day. This morning I started looking in to degrees in Photography at UNT and it looks like an awesome program! It was talking about the advantages of being a Photographer that I love, getting to be artistic, getting to travel, and being your own boss, three things I have always wanted to have in my career.
I have always loved doing photo shoots of my friends and this past weekend Nahal and I decided to take a little time and do one because we were in such a magical and beautiful little place. There is a wonderful story behind it, but it's not really mine to share. So until I get the go ahead you will just have to use your imagination as to why this old place looks so magical.
Here are some of the pics from the shoot. Keep in mind this was done with a point and shoot Kodak... I'm excited to get my hands on a real camera! Let me know what you think!
I have to give some credit to my model... She makes these pics look amazing.
I'm excited to see where this road may take me!
