Letters

 Ashley over at Adventures of Newlyweds does a Friday link up where she writes letter to people in her life. It's super sweet and I have been feeling kind of sentimental lately so I figured I'd play along :)

Dear Nahal,

Dear Best Friend,

Dear Sister,

You have gotten me thinking lately... a lot. We have been through so very much together I don't know where to start. It feels as if I am you, somehow, and you are me. Because when I realize we haven't talked in 4 or more days, I pick up the phone and you already know how I've been feeling and I already can hear in your voice how your week went. We don't really even have to say a word to each other, It's like I can feel what you are feeling, even across all these miles that separate us.

I don't think either of us have realized the power our friendship has, it would probably overwhelm us to know the true extent of it's strength. What I do know is that there is no way I could love anyone the way I love you. There is no bond that I have with anyone else that could be the same as the one I share with you. I can't wait for a trillion more moments in life, knowing you will be there with me to share them.

Dear Pop,

Dear Grandfather,

You having come in to our lives has changed everything. It feels as if Mom and I got a little bit of "our" family back. It's not easy for me to let people in ( and you know why ) but it has felt so very natural and comfortable with you from the very beginning. It feels like I have loved you my whole life. Thank you for everything you have done these past 6 months that I have known you, and thank you in advance for all the wonderful opportunities that we will have to spend together in the years to come. I love you.

Dear Step dad,

Thank you for all that you have done for me, thank you for loving me through the good times and bad. Thanks for putting up with all of my teenage drama and BS. You have helped me become the woman that I am today by teaching me ways to succeed. I couldn't have asked for a better man for my Mom. Love you.
