Yup. Exhausted and Muddy, with a HUGE smile on my face having completed the Warrior Dash North Texas 2012!

I absolutely CAN NOT WAIT!!!!!!
So, in preparation I have been lifting weights, working on my core and balance, and of course pumping up my cardio.
I'm not sure if you guys remember this post, but on 4.21.12 I was supposed to be going skydiving to celebrate my weight loss. Unfortunately I didn't get down to 160 in the time that I had planned. As I have lost weight and gotten smaller, losing more has proven to be a slower process than I had anticipated.
So, I still have 30 pounds to go before skydiving, and there is NO WAY IN HELL I will be losing 30 pounds in one month. I will reset my sky diving day soon, but for now it worked out since 4.21.12 also happens to be the day of the Warrior Dash.
That being said, I DO still want to lose some weight and set a goal for myself by then. I weighed in this morning at 192 (3 pounds up from my last weigh in :( Like I said, it's a battle!) But my disposition is still sunny you guys! So I want to lose 12 pounds by 4.21.12, 12 pounds in one month, I can do it!!!!! That is 3 pounds a week. It is going to take some hard work, dedication, and even more tweaking to my diet but I really want to do it! I am going to post every Wednesday for the next four weeks about my progress to keep myself accountable. Here are the questions I am going answer each week for my 12 by 4.21.12 Posts:
Days left until Warrior Dash: 31
Weight: 192
Something I did this week that made me proud: I ran for 1 mile in under 10 minutes
What I need to work on next week: Making sure I get in all 5 workouts
What temptations did I avoid this week: I craved french fries all week. Did NOT give in.
What temptations didn't I avoid this week: A tiny cup of blubell mint chocolate ice cream, WHY DO THEY SELL ICE CREAM AT THE MOVIES NOW!!!! {{ It was literally like 3 spoonfuls, so I don't feel that bad ;) }}
Total Weight loss so far: 0/12 = 0% of my goal
