It literally hurts writing this.... But I did SO badly this week. Here I am, inspiring others with my weight loss and the week I actually start to publicly track it I GAIN 2 pounds... that is so like me, lol. In my defense this is the first week that I have really started feeling less depressed and I found myself having a little too much fun. I went out 5 nights since last Wednesday and it's even harder to avoid temptations when you are with a bunch of other people who are indulging. I am NOT giving up though and now that this is public I am even more determined to prove myself next week, so watch out! Anyway here goes the questionnaire....

Weight: 194
Something I did this week that made me proud: Nothing really... I am quite sad.
What I need to work on next week: Again, Making sure I get in all 5 workouts!!! AVOIDING FOOD TEMPTATIONS
What temptations did I avoid this week: None, really. :(
What temptations didn't I avoid this week: Oh goodness... chips and queso, PIZZA! It was a hard week....
Total Weight loss so far: -2/12 = 0% of my goal

I did a few more things to make myself even more accountable this week, I found this daily weigh in chart, started tracking my calories with livestrong.com's Daily Plate tool and even made a workout accountability worksheet to keep on my fridge! You can download that from the link below!

Moral to the story: Sometimes we fail but NEVER give up!

  2. Never, never give up. We have bad weeks, it's allowed, we're only human. Get up and keep going. You can do it!
