Hey there guys!! What a crazy, emotional week I have had. I have BIG news, but unfortunately it's not 100% mine to share right now, so I guess that will have to wait.... Anyway I am steadily losing a pound a week which is just fine with me!! And my ankle seems to be doing better so hopefully my training will get kicked in to over drive these next few weeks!
Weight: 186 pounds.
Weight change from beginning of my journey: 250-186 = 64 pounds!
Weight change from last week: Down 1 pound!!
How do you feel about that?: I feel great, it was a really good week, full of great choices!
How many workouts this week?: I worked out 5 times this week.
Workouts you loved this week?: I started swimming laps because of my hurt foot and never realized how much of a workout swimming is!
Healthy foods you loved this week?: My mom made an awesome healthy taco salad (I skipped the chips and cheese) I also went to the store and bought tons of goodies!!! Which is what I am listing today in lieu of a recipe.

I got all of this at Kroger for 70.00! Try and tell me you can't eat healthy for cheap!
Blogger Spotlight of the Week: Holly from Precisely Holly does a Weigh In Wednesday and I absolutely love her blog, her fashion videos make my day and it's like having a personal shopper!! Anyway in her fitness post she talks about the health benefits of lemon! She has lost 16 pounds on her journey so far, what an accomplishment!!! Go check her out, you guys, she's kind of amazing :)
