Well it has been a whole week since I moved to Dallas, it has seemed like a life time! We are doing great. We went to work, I made dinner at night (except for one night Taylor cooked for me!) we get to be together all the time and lay in bed and talk at night. It's wonderful. I really like work, all the girls are really nice and I feel really comfortable there. I went to the company Christmas party, we had Mexican food and margaritas and exchanged gifts, I even got a Christmas bonus!
I really like Dallas, the only hard part is being away from my family and friends. I have been so used to having them right there and I feel really lonely in that aspect, but I will adjust and it is all worth it. Having a place that is OURS is worth anything really, it's just great. I feel so old now... lol. Not in a bad way I just mean I go to bed early and wake up at 6 and drive an hour in traffic to work and work, then drive an hour home in traffic and cook dinner, clean, watch tv, I have never had such a stable life and it's really wonderful. It's like life is really starting. Taylor and I have been talking a lot recently and we just know we are going to end up married. He is so perfect. Everyday he finds a new way to remind me that I am the most important thing in his life, he is all I will ever need.
Well next week is Christmas and we are going to drive to Houston and spend it with my family and then it's on to New Year's when Nahal and Cody are going to be coming to Dallas to celebrate with us! I miss Nahal more than everybody else put together... We got so close these past two years and having to go this long without seeing her is really hard. She used to be a 30 minute drive away and now it's 5 hours! blah. So I can't wait to see her! Anyway I hope everyone has as wonderful a holiday as I know I will. I miss you all.
I miss you more than anything too :) we're all grown up.. crazy!
