Sing Batter, Batter, Sing!

First off I know that the phrase is actually "Swing Batter, Batter, Swing" but I figured since I have been playing softball during the day and singing at night, I'd change it up ;)

So this week has been another crazy, hectic, awesome week!! On Tuesday I went to my very first audition for professional theatre at this amazing place--
Theatre Three!! Leading up to the audition was a bit nerve racking, but the resident director, Jack Alder was really welcoming and gave me a few compliments that my acting teacher said he went out of his way to do! I didn't get chosen for this play but hopefully I made a good impression for the future!

Before my Audition I tried out a new Deli that I was walking by and, oh, was it delicious!!!!
Baker Bros American Deli-- I'd recommend it to anyone! I am told they have 3 or 4 location in Dallas, and I had an amazing flat bread called the "90210" I realized half way through scarfing it down that I should document this amazing food experience I was having!
Doesn't that just look yummy!!!??? Half eaten and everything lol.

So on Wednesday I looked pretty cute and pulled out a shirt I bought from a store called Torrid a few years ago, It was always a little tight around the shoulders and chest, so I didn't wear it much, but now it might as well be a dress on me! So I put some leggings on with it and rocked it out :)

On Friday I took a ball to the face in softball and fell down while running the bases, it was pretty epic :) I then headed over to the batting cages with my friend Justin and we practiced hitting then we proceeded to the arcade to act like 9 year olds, Justin beat me in everything.... as always.... jerk. ;)

So that gets us up to Friday night, opening night of my show!!!!!!!!!!!!

I walked in to the dressing room to see this monstrous bouquet of flowers from my amazing parents, thank you Mom and Jim, I LOVED them! I also got a bottle of (non-alcoholic) sparkling cider from my director!

The show was AMAZING, literally the best time I have ever had on stage so far! I can't wait to perform it for everyone I love, starting tonight! Nahal and my Dad are making there way to Dallas today to see it and I am so excited to get to see these two special people :) Anyway it's time for me to go clean and then get ready for my matinee. Love to all!
