Singing with a sore throat

I had the most amazing weekend EVER! To start it off Nahal, Katrina, and I went out drinking and dancing at Midnight Rodeo, a great country dance hall. Then on Friday Nahal, Cody, Drue, Sam, and I all went to the Comal County Fair and Rodeo, it was their 116th year! After that we went over to Drue and Sam's house to have some fun playing Beer Pong. On Saturday we lazed around, got some Luby's (Yum!) then Katrina and I decided to leave the love birds at home and go out dancing again. On Sunday I took Carrie to lunch and we went shopping for her boyfriend's birthday. All in all it was a fun and very busy weekend!

And now it is Monday and the beginning of my busy, busy week! I am about to leave to go pick up Journey concert tickets that my dad, best friend Nahal, and I are going to on Tuesday! After that I will be headed to my ever-wonderful therapist, Bruce Kruger! Then it's on to Acting I at school, for which I have been trying to memorize three paragraphs of a monolouge for. After that I will have a break where I get to do Spanish homework, then it's on to Voice I class, where I will sing my heart out, then on to Choir, where I will again sing my heart out, then it's on to play rehearsal where for the last time today I will sing my heart out! All with a nice achy sore throat!

I feel so busy these days... Its like I am spinning around and around in a circle and there is no sign of stopping. I know I should be dizzy but I never stop long enough to find out! But I like it this way. It's much better than how things used to be when I was with Craig, day after day all we would do is sit in front of the tv, or go to a movie. I feel like back then my life was in slow motion, so I am over compensating now. In the mean time I'm not too worried about the spinning, I will find balance soon enough, but I sure can tell you I am enjoying the ride :))
