Hello friends!! It's been another fantastic week for me this week! Not that I lost that much, but losing anything is the KEY to success, so I count my blessings with every pound that drops! Plus I am so happy that I am steadily in the 180's now. It is such an awesome feeling! I am on my way down to the 170's and that will just be surreal!
So on the agenda today, I am going to answer my weekly questionnaire and sharing an awesome snack idea my mother sent me yesterday!! Yay!
Weight: 187 pounds.
Weight change from beginning of my tracking: 194-187=7 pounds!
Weight change from last week: Down 1 pound!!
How do you feel about that?: I feel great, it was a really good week, full of great choices!
How many workouts this week?: I worked out 5 times this week.
Workouts you loved this week?: I went to Yoga for the first time in years and could do so many more poses than I used to be able to do, I really liked the instructor. I also had my first training session with THE best trainer at our club and let me just tell you, I thought I was going to puke afterwards! (post coming about that soon!)
Healthy foods you loved this week?: Tuna, boiled eggs, Belvita breakfast bars, and lots of H2O!

Morning Yogurt Protein Goodness
1 cup Fage Greek Yogurt zero fat kind
I/2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
(mix together very well)
blueberries or strawberries if you like and if you have them
Granola (I like the pumpkin flax seed kind)
20 grams protein, no fat - yum yum

Sorry I misled u there is a bit of fat in the granola use maybe 1/4 cup to keep the fat and calories down. - but the granola is good for u especially the flax kind - the snack is under 390 calories
