12 by 4.21.12 {4}

This is my last 12 by 4.21.12 post! SAD DAY! But I wanted to let you all know I will be doing a new link up every Wednesday starting next week where you can link up and post anything and everything regarding to weight loss, or just fitness in general!

Don't be pressured to post your weight, although you can if you want! I will tell you it definitely helps keep you accountable when you realize you have to publicly post your progress every week, however I realize that it is not for everyone!

Just post anything you want, fitness inspiration from Pinterest, a yummy healthy recipe, a summary of how you are doing on your journey, just whatever! I hope this link up is a good one :)

Anyway on to the final stats and then a little video for you guys where I explain more about not reaching goals you set, but still staying positive, and some fun workout clothes tips!

Days left until Warrior Dash: 3

Weight: 190

Something I did this week that made me proud: I really hardly drank any alcohol at all!!!

What I need to work on next week: I hurt my ankle so I only got 3 workouts in this week, need to up them next week!

What temptations did I avoid this week: I really wanted a Slurpee from 7-11 yesterday, totally avoided that sugar intake!

What temptations didn't I avoid this week: I indulged at work with a cheeseburger, my body hated me for it!!!

Total Weight loss so far: 2/12 = 16% of my goal!

Next week I will change up the questionnaire and you guys can use it for the link up if you would like!!
